We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in original packaging with proof of purchase. For health reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened cat treats or food.

5.2 Return Process

3. Pack items securely with all original packaging
4. Ship to our Bradford address using a trackable service

5.3 Refund Details

• Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return
