- Free Shipping (Orders over £50): 1-2 days processing + 15-25 days delivery via EMS
While we process orders quickly (1-2 days), international shipping requires transit time. Rest assured, we use only reliable carriers to ensure your feline goodies arrive safely.

Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 15-day return window from delivery date. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact [email protected] to initiate returns – because even cats change their minds!
While we select only premium products, feline tastes can be unpredictable. You may return unopened items within our 15-day window.
